ORDERING FROM MOTORSPORTMODELS

1. Make sure you give us a DAYTIME TELEPHONE NUMBER just in case we need to contact you. Our overseas couriers will not accept parcels without a contact telephone number.

2. Some goods need to be signed for on delivery. Make sure the DELIVERY ADDRESS you give us has someone in to sign for the package.

3. You will normally receive goods within 14 DAYS but please allow 28 days.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE.

If you are unhappy with any product you receive, then simply return it to us within 14 days of receipt and we will refund you the purchase price without question (less the postage costs).

By Post: Please send it to Motorsport Connection (incorporating MotorSportModels), Unit 1, 70 Castleton Boulevard, Skegness, Lincolnshire, PE25 2TS, England. Please make sure you give us a daytime phone number and a delivery address where there is someone to sign for the parcel if it needs a signature.

PAYMENT

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), cheques (made out to MotorSportModels in pounds sterling) postal orders, Switch (we need the 16 to 19 digit number across the middle of the card plus the issue number). We do not accept cheques not drawn on a UK bank. Your name and address should be printed clearly on the reverse of the cheques/postal orders.

DELIVERY & TIMING

Please allow at least 28 days from the date of our receipt of your order before contacting us to chase progress on your order. Whilst we try and despatch goods within two days, the timing will be dependant on seasonal fluctuations and availability of stock. At all times we make every endeavour to despatch your goods within 28 days of receipt of your order. Should this not be possible we will contact you to let you know. In the event of non-arrival of a package you must contact us within 60 days of sending your order to us. We cannot be held responsible for lost parcels that are not reported to us within this period.

GUARANTEE AND RETURNS

If you are unhappy with the goods you have received from MotorSportModels you can return them to us for a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price. Products must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Refunds for the purchase price (does not include p&p) will be issued for products returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Please note that the returned goods are your responsibility until they reach us and we strongly recommend that you send them to us by recorded delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit to us.

DAMAGES

Any damaged goods should be returned to us for replacement. Incorrect/faulty goods must be returned to us before replacements are sent out.

Please check carefully the sizes available for the products that you are ordering. In general, the sizes are as follows:

Prices are correct at time of publishing. We have taken as much care as possible to describe and portray items accurately. Slight variations in actual goods may occur. We will not be held responsible for errors made on these pages and reserve the right to inform the customer of any incorrect information before payment is taken. MotorSportModels are a VAT registered company (no. 737 7205 22). MotorSportModels total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by us.

All orders will be mailed by recorded first class post, which will require a signature upon delivery.
Apparels and merchandise will be posted at cost, approximate quote will be given at time of order.
