Get The Damon Hill WebRing code

There are two HTML Fragment versions available, one for sites without frames and one for sites which are using frames. Now remember that you have to change a few things in this code.. I will give you the changes..

1> _YOUR_SITE_ID_ = The site number given once you join
2> _YOUR_SITE_NAME_ = Your site name
3> _YOUR_SITE_URL_ = Your site URL
4> _YOUR_NAME_ = Your own name
